Intern for Customer Loyalty & Partnerships Department, Greater China Corporate Office (Shanghai)
Job Summary:
What will I be doing?
• Hilton Honors Auction Chinese platform maintenance including regular content updates and Q&A
• Support Hilton Honors Auction Chinese site development e.g. coordination, translation management, proofreading, UAT, etc.
• Auction package fulfillment including timely follow-ups and liaising with hotels and partners
• Track auction platform performance and timely deliver agreed outputs
• Support marketing activities around driving awareness and engagement for the Hilton Honors auction Chinese platform
• Prepare related expense/reimbursement reports
• Provide other related administrative support including meeting arrangement, researching information, documentation maintenance and management
Qualifications:
What are we looking for?
A Marketing Intern who is passionate about crafting and delivering compelling customer experience and willing to learn and thrive in a collaborative environment. This is at least 3-month part-time role (minimum 3 days per week) based in Shanghai. The following traits and skills are particularly beneficial for this role.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Detail oriented with good project and time management skills
• Results oriented with a strong mindset to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and balance multiple priorities
• Self-starter, well organized, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities with a high degree of positive energy and drive
• Good people skills
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• University education
• Previous experience in marketing or hospitality preferred
• Overseas education or living experience a plus
